Quantitative Solutions was formed in 2022, originally under the name International Investment Systems.

The initial business goal was to market our software product, IDIS.

However in early 2025 the focus of the business changed to operating as a bureau service, operating our software from our location and producing the analysis and reports that our clients need from there.
